Diana-Maria Cismaru is a PhD in sociology, Full Professor and Head of Public Relations Department at the College of Communication and Public Relations at National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, where she teaches courses in the field of organizational communication. She participated as a coordinator or expert in national and international research projects, from which: Accelerating Low-carboN Industrial Growth by CCUS (Horizon 2020, 2017-2020, coordinator for NUPSPA), State of the Nation (NUPSPA Bucharest and Romanian Government Administration Unit, 2016-2019), Internationalization, equity and management for quality in higher education (2014), EHR- Entrepreneurship for Human Resources (2012-2013). She had a research stage in George Washington University în 2011, from which she developed the research laboratory Organizational Learning. Areas of interest in research: structural reform of social systems, organizational reputation and communication in the digital age, e-learning and innovative methods in teaching.
